What is Plum Health DPC?

Great to meet you today at the Men’s Health Event at Ford Field! We are Plum Health and we are a group of family medicine doctors in Detroit.

We offer a membership model for health care. Our patients a monthly membership for unlimited visits with a primary care doctor:

• $15/month for kids

• $55/month for adults 18 to 40

• $75/month for adults 40 to 65

• $89/month for adults 65 and older

This membership allows us to spend a lot of time with our patients - typically visits last 1 hour or 30 minutes. We really get to know our patients and deliver excellent primary care services for our members.

We also save our patients a lot of money on medications, lab work, and imaging services.

• 30 days of Amlodipine 5 mg costs 30 cents at our office

• a PSA test costs $10 at our office, a lipid panel costs $6.50 at our office

• a chest x-ray costs $40 through our office
